Biographies
The following biographies highlight the men and women who over time have contributed to the establishment, growth and development of the physician assistant profession. The biographies are a work in progress and there are literally hundreds of individuals that still need to be recognized for their outstanding contributions to the field and to the health care team concept in American Medicine. Please contact us should you have an individual who you believe should be recognized by the Society.

Please use the suggestion box
to suggest individuals that you believe should be added to the biographical
collection. Your suggestions will be forwarded to the appropriate committee
for deliberation and feedback.
Please note that this section is undergoing development
and does not include biographies for all the pioneering leaders
of the PA profession at this time. We expect this section to grow
eventually to include over 200 individuals.
