The PAHx office will develop guidelines, templates and keyword indices to help professionals and volunteers develop an archival database. Finding aids will be used to search the archival database for relevant materials.

Digitization Resources

Digitization Guidelines. North Carolina ECHO (Exploring Cultrual Heritage Online).
One of the goals of NC ECHO is identification of standards and best practices for digitization. Development of the original guidelines involved the work of an advisory editorial board of 50 librarians, archivists, and museum professionals from across the state.
